2007 EWHA BK WINTER SCHOOL

The Ewha Department of English Language and Literature and the Ewha Institute for English and American Studies are pleased to announce the inaugural Ewha BK Winter School.  Eminent scholars of international standing are invited to give four seminars and a final public lecture on a chosen topic.  

The seminars will allow graduate students in English at Ewha not only to hear outstanding lectures and presentations, but also to exchange ideas with leading scholars in their fields. The public lecture gives each invited scholar the opportunity to deliver a talk that will bring attention to his or her current work or highlight some of the most important issues in his or her field to a larger Korean audience.

The entire two-week program is made possible through generous support from the nationally-endowed Brain Korea (BK) research fund.
